Do You Require Reservations?
No, but we do fill up often, so a reservation is recommended. If you can, please try to make reservations as much in advance as possible. Although we attempt to accommodate all requests for lodging, we do experience certain “peak periods,” generally occurring around busy holiday periods and traditional summer vacation months.
Can My Pet Become Ill From Boarding?
Yes. It is just like bringing a child to school. Even though we take every precaution to protect your pet from being exposed to disease while staying at Bark Avenue Pet Resort, any situation where multiple animals are in one area, it becomes possible for them to contract an airborne illness from another pet. This is why current vaccinations are mandatory. To further reduce the risk, we use stainless steel food and water bowls, which are sanitized between each use, and we keep our housekeeping sanitation procedures similar to those in human hospitals.
May I Come In For A Tour?
Yes, most definitely! Tours are available during business hours. No appointment needed.

Distemper/Parvo, Rabies, Bordetella (kennel cough) vaccinations, as well as a recent Flea and Tick Treatment. Although not required, we strongly recommend the Canine Influenza & Leptospirosis vaccinations
FVRCP/Respiratory and Rabies vaccinations as well as a recent Flea and Tick treatment.
