A Message Regarding the Coronavirus
The safety and well-being of our families and their pets have always been of the utmost importance to us. In response to the growing concerns surrounding the Coronavirus Disease, we are working with the Arizona Department of Health Services (ADHS), the Maricopa County Department of Public Health (MCDPH), and the City of Phoenix. We have continued to maintain our high standards of cleanliness throughout our spaces. We have begun installing additional hand-sanitizer stations throughout each of our locations and encourage you to use these during your visits frequently.

Who We Are
At Mesa Northeast Animal Hospital, our leading veterinarian, Dr. Christina Hansen has had a long career in Veterinary medicine with extensive advanced training in veterinary dentistry. All her continuing education and research revolves around pet oral health and finding ways to educate pet owners and prevent dental diseases around the Valley.
Mesa Northeast Animal Hospital was originally opened in 1982 by Dr. Dennis Nowicki, DVM. In May 2014, Dr. Ryan Ainsworth purchased the hospital starting his dream of providing comprehensive medical and surgical care for small animal patients in northeast Mesa. In 2019, Dr. Ainsworth moved his veterinary services to Bark Avenue Animal Hospital allowing Dr. Christina Hansen to remain sole doctor at Mesa Northeast. With Dr. Hansen’s passion and extensive knowledge, Mesa Northeast became specifically focused on pet dental and oral wellness and surgery.
Mesa Northeast, Noe’s Ark, and Bark Avenue Animal Hospitals request you give us 24 hours notice of cancellation of your appointment so we may offer the time to another client. If this notice is not given or you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, a $58 fee will be charged to your account.
